Private Landlords and social housing providers are duty-bound to provide a property clear and clean for their new tenants. Whilst most tenants’ contracts stipulate that a premise but be left in the condition in which they found it, this is unfortunately rarely the case.
Wynsdale Environmental provide both a clear and clean service for ‘end of tenancy’ purposes. We offer ‘one-off’ services and contracted services for repeat or multi-site customers. We ensure a property is clear of items that have been left and identified as needing to be removed as well as a full, and if required, a deep clean. This could be for an individual room, whole house or flat or an entire building with multiple rooms.
All our work is evidenced by the provision of before and after photographs of the room/property to ensure we have met your onward tenancy standards.
